What's the difference ? > [!done]- Huel ? Eat more of it ? It should satisfy salt cravings even though it doesn't *taste* salty. Whenever you wear the Huel shirt you HAVE to take Huel Well, what I want really is just to consume Huel more I guess, because of the coolness factor. But I seem to be reticent to do it oftentimes. Reasons might include having to clean the bottle, but that is honestly less pain than having to clean dishes by hand, but since I don't even put em in the dishwasher, it still feels like additional work over what I do which is nothing. However, it's not that long to clean the bottle after use, especially if you don't do it super thouroughly as you plan to use it more frequently. Just a quick rince and shake. Scrub the border of the splitter and voila. And the taste ain't that fancy, and sometimes you might want some salty stuff, but tbf, even the slight sweet taste ain't that bad, and there's all you need in it, so you will feel full after eating it, and you won't crave for salt afterwards probably, even though it feels like a sweet taste more than a salted one. Summary, Huel ain't that bad, consider it more often, try to compare it to other meals and how you feel about it. >[! question ] Drink tea to hyperactivate your mental brakes ? > [!question] > Sometimes, if I eat only sugar after waking up, I feel scattered, I really need my dose of salt I believe. Fibers, Sugars and Starch (féculents) are all carbohydrates. Glucose is a simple carbohydrate, one of the smallest individual components of a complex carb such as starch. So the body will break it down into this before using it as fuel. Fruits can be a great source of direct glucose, for an instant boost in blood sugar level, but watch for the sugar low aftermath. Free radicals and antioxidants wikipedia Apparently cooking foods will break down the toxins that they may contain, but I wonder if this wouldn't also apply to the nutrients. Also ripe "mature" fruits will contain less toxins as they ripen. > [!question] > Vitamin C + Zinc Golden milk tastes better than rastaute cu lapte Corned beef ? Stats ? Taste ?
